Back in 2013, long before fast-casual pasta concepts became popular, Randy Richards envisioned a restaurant where guests could build a fresh, made-to-order pasta bowl with premium ingredients, restaurant-quality sauces, and the speed and convenience of a quick-service restaurant. That single idea sparked a passion that ultimately led him into the restaurant industry.

Rather than rushing the concept to market, Randy spent years building experience from the ground up. He opened and operated successful restaurants, learned every aspect of the business, refined recipes, developed systems, and waited until the timing—and the vision—were right. Pomo is the realization of that original dream.

Today, Randy and his business partner, Caitlin Hannagan, bring together years of hands-on hospitality experience with one simple mission: make incredible pasta accessible to everyone. Every bowl is built to order, every sauce is made with care, and every guest is treated like family.

At Pomo, we believe great Italian food shouldn't require a white tablecloth or a two-hour dinner. It should be fresh, customizable, affordable, and served with genuine hospitality.
